Join us for an informal session to learn about menopause. Whether you’re experiencing it, preparing for it, or supporting others,
talking openly can reduce stigma and improve wellbeing. Learn about perimenopause, the symptoms, hear personal stories, get tips for symptom management, and find out how to support women through their menopause journey.
